Smaller Items (Small Parcel)

These items are small enough to safely ship with UPS or FedEx.

1. All products show the estimated ship by date
2. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours
3. Ground Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days once the order ships.

Large Items (Large Parcel)

Larger items that cannot ship via Fedex or UPS will ship via Freight. We select the best team of carriers for your delivery to ensure that it arrives to you safe and sound.

The Delivery Process:

1. Choose a delivery option for your larger item at checkout. Available shipping options may vary depending on the item. All options will be displayed at checkout.
   1. Curbside Delivery
   2. Entryway of Home (entryway of home)
   3. Room of Choice (bring to your room of choice)
   4. White Glove (room of choice+assembly)
2. Your order is shipped from the warehouses either in California or New Jersey. We will send you an email as soon as your order is in transit.
3. We will contact you to ensure you have all necessary information about tracking and Scheduling a delivery appointment. Upon receiving your order, the Delivery Carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
4. On your scheduled delivery day, the delivery team will deliver your new furniture.

Returns

We want you to love It that is why we offer a 30 day return policy that starts on the day that you received your order. You can return your order within 30 days in original packaging unused and uninstalled.

To receive a refund please be sure to

1. Return the item in original packaging unused and uninstalled
2. Receive a RMA # from us.

Returns that are not returned in original packaging unused and uninstalled will be subject to a restocking fee.

Merchandise that is rejected or returned without authorization will be subject to return fees and/or restocking fees.
